1. About Us
SG Airport Ride ("SGAR", "we", "us", "our") is a Singapore-based private transportation service providing airport transfers and disposal/hourly chauffeur services. By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from SGAR via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
- Bookings must include: service type, vehicle, date, pickup location, destination, passenger count, and valid contact details.
- For airport arrivals, your flight number must be provided at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
- For airport departures, your pickup time must allow sufficient travel time to reach the airport before your flight.
- For Hourly/Disposal bookings, a minimum of 4 hours applies. The booking period starts from the driver's departure to your location.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are fixed as stated on our website. Prices are per vehicle, not per person.
- Meet & Greet: Driver meets you inside the arrival hall with a name sign.
- Driveway Pickup / Departure: Customer makes their own way to the designated pickup or drop-off point.
- Hourly/Disposal: Billed per hour, minimum 4 hours. Additional hours charged at the same hourly rate.
- Accepted payment: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayNow, Bank Transfer. Stripe online payment coming soon.
- Payment is due upon confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellations & Amendments
All cancellations must be communicated via WhatsApp to +65 8774 3238.
Amendments to booking details (date, time, destination) must be requested at least 6 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Hourly/Disposal bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before start time are subject to full charge.
5. Flight Delays & Waiting Time
We track all arrival flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will be updated automatically — there is no need to contact us.
If you do not have SGD at that time, we accept any currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the journey.
6. Vehicle Capacity & Luggage
Please ensure the vehicle you select is suitable for your group size and luggage. Exceeding the stated passenger capacity is not permitted for safety and legal reasons.
Option B — 13 passengers: 1 hand carry per person only (13 hand carry total). Any luggage beyond this will require an additional vehicle — we can arrange one for you (additional charges apply) or you may hail a taxi for the excess luggage.
Unsure if your luggage fits? Please contact us via WhatsApp before booking. If luggage exceeds what the vehicle can fit, the driver will accommodate as much as possible. Any remaining luggage will require a separate vehicle — we can arrange this for you (additional charges apply, to be discussed), or you may hail a taxi for the remaining luggage. SGAR will not be liable for arrangements not made in advance. We strongly recommend contacting us in advance if you have excess luggage so we can plan accordingly.
7. Passenger Conduct & Responsibilities
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring all luggage and personal belongings are accounted for before and after the journey.
- SGAR is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles, unless it can be proven that the damage was caused directly by our driver.
- The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle's stated capacity at any time.
- Eating and drinking (except plain water) inside the vehicle is subject to the driver's approval.
- SGAR reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a journey if a passenger's behaviour poses a risk to the driver, vehicle, or others. No refund will be issued in such cases.
A penalty fee of SGD $300 will be charged to the customer for any of the following:
• Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle
• Vomiting inside the vehicle
• Leaving sweet drink stains or any beverage stains (plain water is exempt)
• Any act that dirties, stains, or damages the vehicle interior
This fee covers professional cleaning, detailing, and compensation for loss of vehicle use during rectification.
8. Liability
- SGAR is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, accidents, or any event beyond our control.
- SGAR is not responsible for missed flights, missed appointments, or consequential losses arising from delays.
- If SGAR is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking and cannot arrange a replacement driver, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund.
- Our maximum liability to any customer shall not exceed the fare paid for the affected booking.
9. Privacy
We collect personal information (name, phone, email) solely to process and fulfil your booking. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. By submitting a booking, you consent to us storing and using your information for booking-related communications.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
