1. About Us

SG Airport Ride ("SGAR", "we", "us", "our") is a Singapore-based private transportation service providing airport transfers and disposal/hourly chauffeur services. By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from SGAR via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Driver Change Notice: On rare occasions, SGAR may need to arrange a replacement driver due to unforeseen circumstances such as accidents, heavy traffic, vehicle breakdown, or tyre puncture. We will notify you as soon as possible and ensure a suitable replacement is arranged with minimal disruption to your journey.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are fixed as stated on our website. Prices are per vehicle, not per person.

Our fares are all-inclusive. There are no hidden charges, toll fees, or surcharges unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations & Amendments

All cancellations must be communicated via WhatsApp to +65 8774 3238.

Flight Cancellations: If your flight is cancelled, please notify us immediately via WhatsApp. We will verify the cancellation on our end. If confirmed, a full refund will be issued. We believe in treating our customers fairly and will not charge for circumstances outside your control.

Amendments to booking details (date, time, destination) must be requested at least 6 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Hourly/Disposal bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before start time are subject to full charge.

5. Flight Delays & Waiting Time

We track all arrival flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will be updated automatically — there is no need to contact us.

Additional Waiting Time: Waiting beyond the complimentary period is chargeable at $10 per 15 minutes, payable in cash directly to the driver in SGD.

If you do not have SGD at that time, we accept any currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the journey.
Driver Release Policy: If the driver has waited beyond the full complimentary period and the passenger has not appeared or made contact, SGAR reserves the right to release the driver and consider the ride a no-show. No refund will be issued in this case.

6. Vehicle Capacity & Luggage

Please ensure the vehicle you select is suitable for your group size and luggage. Exceeding the stated passenger capacity is not permitted for safety and legal reasons.

Option A — 9 passengers: 20 hand carry, or 16 carry-on, or 13 standard check-in, or 8 extra large check-in bags.

Option B — 13 passengers: 1 hand carry per person only (13 hand carry total). Any luggage beyond this will require an additional vehicle — we can arrange one for you (additional charges apply) or you may hail a taxi for the excess luggage.
Best for large groups, families, or passengers with lots of luggage

Unsure if your luggage fits? Please contact us via WhatsApp before booking. If luggage exceeds what the vehicle can fit, the driver will accommodate as much as possible. Any remaining luggage will require a separate vehicle — we can arrange this for you (additional charges apply, to be discussed), or you may hail a taxi for the remaining luggage. SGAR will not be liable for arrangements not made in advance. We strongly recommend contacting us in advance if you have excess luggage so we can plan accordingly.

7. Passenger Conduct & Responsibilities

Smoking, Vaping & Vehicle Cleanliness — Penalty Fee: SGD $300

A penalty fee of SGD $300 will be charged to the customer for any of the following:

• Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle
• Vomiting inside the vehicle
• Leaving sweet drink stains or any beverage stains (plain water is exempt)
• Any act that dirties, stains, or damages the vehicle interior

This fee covers professional cleaning, detailing, and compensation for loss of vehicle use during rectification.

We collect personal information (name, phone, email) solely to process and fulfil your booking. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. By submitting a booking, you consent to us storing and using your information for booking-related communications.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
